No - and that's the whole point of offering them as standalone sessions. The AI Foundations workshop is the compulsory starting point for everyone, but from there you choose what's relevant for your team. If communications is your biggest challenge, Workshop 2 is your next step. If you want to embed AI into your day-to-day operations, Workshop 3 is the one. You can do one, or both - entirely up to you.

Absolutely. All three workshops are available in person or online - whichever works best for your team. Online sessions are run via Zoom and are just as interactive and hands-on as the in-person format. The follow-up Q&A check-in two weeks after each workshop is always held online.

If your team is split across locations, we can accommodate that too. Just mention it when we chat and we'll work out the best approach for your situation.

We're completely tool agnostic - meaning we'll train your team in whichever GenAI platform your organisation uses. Whether your IT department has approved Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or another tool, we'll build the session around what your team actually has access to.

We do recommend having a paid subscription in place before the workshop day. Free-tier accounts have token limits that can cut out mid-session, which disrupts the experience for everyone. If you're unsure what tools your team has access to or what level of subscription you're on, that's a great thing to flag on our discovery call and we can help you figure it out.

If your team spends a lot of time on writing, reporting, or content - Workshop 2 on Marketing & Corporate Communications is likely the most immediately useful. If you're looking to streamline repetitive processes or build shared systems - Workshop 3 on Systems & Processes is the right call.

Every workshop includes a follow-up Q&A Zoom check-in approximately two weeks later. This is where the real embedding happens - your team has had time to try things in their actual work, and the check-in gives them a structured space to troubleshoot, share wins, and go deeper on anything that came up.

We ask that your team's AI Champion (the person coordinating the training internally) collects questions in advance so the session stays focused. That said, there's always room for fresh questions on the day.
