Ever found yourself three hours deep in AI YouTube tutorials, surrounded by half-used prompts, 17 open browser tabs, and a creeping sense that… you’re still not getting it?
Right now, so many smart, capable leaders and solopreneurs are falling into the same trap – trying to DIY their way through AI. Watching video after video. Signing up for ‘free’ courses. Downloading ALL the generic ChatGPT prompt lists that promise to ‘revolutionise’ your content – but somehow never quite sticks.
It’s not that the information isn’t out there. It’s just not built for you – your strategy, your industry, your style of working. And when everything feels disconnected, confusing, or overwhelming, it’s no wonder you end up doing… well, nothing.
AI isn’t something you can conquer with copy-paste and good intentions. It’s something you need to shape, test, and tailor to your actual business goals. The thing is – you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
You need to change your focus
If you’ve been following my journey, you’d be aware that I didn’t plan to become an AI coach.
Back in 2022, I was running a successful copywriting and content marketing agency – until ChatGPT hit the scene like a shiny new toy everyone wanted to play with. Almost overnight, I saw leads slow, budgets tighten, and content creation get handed over to a tool that promised “done in seconds.” I freaked out. Who wouldn’t?
But here’s the thing – I didn’t stay in that head-in-the-sand mode for long. Instead of fighting the change, I got curious. And just like many of the leaders and solopreneurs I now coach, I started by heading down the DIY path. YouTube tutorials. Free prompt packs. AI podcast episodes on double speed. I consumed everything I could find.
And guess what? I was still stuck.
Even with all that information, nothing truly clicked until I shifted focus from what AI could do in general… to what I needed it to do for me. My business. My clients. My voice. And when I learnt about the concept of treating ChatGPT like a junior assistant, everything just fell into place.
I realised I had to start experimenting with AI content myself and critiquing the process every step of the way. As a human, I had to be the one to stay in control – and I couldn’t let shiny updates or new tools cloud my judgement.
That’s when everything changed for me. And I love watching that exact same realisation click in the eyes of the professionals I coach. While many of them have tried the self-led route, hoping to save time and money, it hasn’t worked. They’ve just wound up overwhelmed by noise and underwhelmed by results.
You need someone who takes a holistic, human-first approach to AI to guide you in the right direction….
The smarter way forward
You can watch all the tutorials and download all the templates – but unless someone helps you connect the dots, you’ll continue circling the same frustrating loop – learn, try, doubt, give up, repeat.
That’s why I stopped calling myself an AI trainer and started calling myself an AI coach.
Because the leaders I work with don’t just need to learn what AI can do – they need to figure out what they should do with it. In their tone. In their team. On their terms. And that’s where the magic happens – when we shift away from tech talk and shiny tools, and focus on purposeful experimentation with the right support.
How I can help
AI success doesn’t come from knowing everything. It comes from knowing what matters most to you – and having the confidence to build from there.
That’s where my 1:1 AI coaching steps in. I promise not to overload you with information. My focus is to help you create clarity, structure, and momentum.
Together, we’ll map out the opportunities worth pursuing and filter out the distractions.
During our coaching sessions we’ll:
- Explore how AI fits into your current workflows – not someone else’s template.
- Develop prompts tailored to your tone, brand, and goals.
- Build your confidence through guided experimentation – not guesswork.
- Work through real scenarios, so you can make real progress.
It’s not one-size-fits-all. It’s not theoretical. It’s not overwhelming.
It’s strategic, human-first support designed to help you move from feeling unprepared and unclear… to purposeful and productive.
